SCS SB 656 -- INSURANCE

This bill allows insurance companies to provide their policies in
a language other than English, as long as an English version is
also included.  The English version will control in the event of
a dispute regarding the translation, unless the non-English
version is shown to be a fraudulent misrepresentation.  Any
knowing misrepresentation in a non-English version is a violation
of the Unfair Trade Practices Act.
